Q: I work all day so can only be available for quotations in the evening; Is that possible?
A: Many of our customers have the same problem with long working hours. We are available for quotations between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday.

Q: Can you work at weekends?
A: We are very flexible, so if required, can work weekends or evenings to suit.

Q: I've decided to go ahead with your quotation. When can you start?
A: We can usually start an accepted quotation within 10 working days.

Q: Can i get an estimate by email?
A: If you provide enough details, we should be able to give you a rough idea of the costs involved. For a more accurate quotation we recommend a site visit.

A: We hold full public liability insurance for your complete peace of mind.

Q: How long ater my site visit will i receive my quotation?
A: You will usually receive your quotation by email or post within 48 hours of our visiting your property.
